About

We bring you an anonymous prompt-based Law & Luffy event to celebrate our favorite captain duo!What makes this different from other prompt-based events:

  • Anyone can submit prompts, whether you plan to create for this event or not.

All of these prompts will then be organized into a list available for everyone to view, and creators can either choose to claim a prompt from the list or self-prompt. In this way, we hope that this fest will give everyone a chance to celebrate their love for Truffy!

  • The fest will be anonymous to add some anticipation and fun to the event!

Works will be anonymous, so refrain from discussing your works in public. We will post the works gradually over a period of time, and afterwards, we will reveal the creators! At this time, all creators can post their works on their social medias as they like.

In a show of appreciation for all the supporters, lawlu/lulaw fans, & participants’ love given to this fest, works will be compiled in a free, digital zine at the end of the fest as part of reveals!

All works in the zine will link to the original AO3 work so everyone can easily read more & leave comments!

General

  • ALL creativity is welcome. Art can include traditional art, digital art, comics, animatics, crafting, vidding, roleplay, etc.... whatever you feel inspired to do.

  • An AO3 account is required for this fest, since all works will be posted there. If you don't have one, don't worry—there is plenty of time for you to request an invitation link on the AO3 website.

  • If you have any questions or are not sure if your idea fits into this fest, you can ask us on our Curious Cat or message us on Twitter or at [email protected].

Prompting

  • Anyone can submit a prompt. You do not need to prompt to claim. You do not need to claim to prompt. We will allow multiple prompts with similar ideas as long as the prompt details are different to each other.

  • Prompts will be submitted through an Airtable form. You do not need an Airtable account to submit a prompt. The link to the prompt list will be posted on our social media and carrd—you can sort/filter by the different fields.

Claiming

  • Anyone can claim a prompt. You do not need to prompt to claim. You do not need to claim to prompt. You can only claim one prompt at a time. If you finish early and submit early, you can claim another prompt.

  • Each prompt can be claimed once for fic and once for art.

  • We trust you're 18 or older if creating an NSFW work for this fest.

  • Collaborations are allowed. Please sign-up together and only submit one sign-up form per collaboration.

Submissions

  • All submissions will exclusively be posted to our Truffy Fest collection on AO3 by the participants before the submission deadline (except if you were granted an extension).

  • Participants will need to add the AO3 mod account ___ as a co-creator to their AO3 work. We need access to your work during the fest period to schedule the posting. We'll remove the mod account as co-creator when reveals are posted.
